Orange October

Are oranges named orange because they’re orange or is orange called orange because oranges are orange?

It's hard to believe, but October is here.  What I call the official orange month, what with Halloween, pumpkins and leaves changing colors.  So in honor of the unofficial, my official orange month, I have a collection of great orange decorative finishes and interiors.  I have credited the artist on the photo, if I have known who it is.
